The Profex BeamGrid system provides a high specification solution for office environments. The beam sections are arranged in two directions to create a modular ceiling effect, and are used to support the ceiling panels, light fittings and partition tracks . Partition walls of various designs can easily be situated, relocated and removed under these beams. Rectangular or square panels in various designs and shapes offer a host of different options for the visual and functional design of ceilings.
The grid accentuation by crossing boxes and trim strips can be further emphasized by the use of appropriate color. Extremely decorative highlights can be achieved by the use of pyramid-shaded and oversized panels. Longitudinal and transverse walls meet one another beneath a crossing box. This makes it possible to create any configuration of square or rectangular office spaces within a selected grid area.

Access
Metal Ceiling tiles can be pulled and lifted out of the ceiling system to gain access to the ceiling void.

Surface Finish
Any RAL Color or Stainless Steel Bursh/Mirror Finish. Special finishes like wooden and leather can be supplied upon order. Anti Bacterial Finish can be made available upon request for projects with Hygiene requirement.
Suspension System
Beamgrid suspension consists of beam channels and junction boxes fixed to the soffit using threaded rods. The interlocking beams and boxes create the grids layouts for the metal ceiling panels to be fixed.
Perforation Pattern

Sound Performance - Acoustical Metal Panels
Our acoustic product range was designed and tested in accordance to BS EN ISO 354:2003 and ASTM C423-09A to achieve a sound insulation having Noise Reduction Rating (NRC) between 0.75 to 0.90 and Sound Transmission STC rating 51db as per BS EN 20140-9:1994.
Fire Performance
Fire Resistance tested for 132 minutes as per BS 476:Part23:1987, Surface spread of flame Class 1 as per BS 476: Part 7: 1997 and “Non-Combustible” material tested in accordance to BS 476: Part 4: 1970..
Light Reflection
Light reflection coefficient (LR) 0.85 tested in accordance to ASTM E 1477.
Service Integration
Various services like lights, diffusers, fire safety equipments etc can be integrated with the Profex Metal Ceiling systems. Custom opening on the Metal tiles can be provided for easy integration of these services.
